Do I need to be in shape to start training?

Not at all! I work with clients of all fitness levels, from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Every program is tailored to your current level and designed to help you progress safely.

How long are the training sessions?

Standard personal training sessions are 60 minutes. This includes warm-up, the main workout, cool-down, and stretching. For online sessions, we can adjust the duration based on your needs.

What equipment do I need for online training?

Most online sessions can be done with minimal or no equipment. I design workouts using bodyweight exercises, and can adapt to whatever equipment you have available at home.

Do you provide nutrition plans?

Yes! Nutrition is a key component of my programs. I provide personalized meal plans, grocery lists, and ongoing nutrition coaching to help you achieve your goals faster.

Can I train at home or do I need a gym?

Both options are available! I offer in-home training, gym-based sessions, and online training. We'll choose the option that works best for your lifestyle and goals.
